Durham Orthodontics Review

Customer service at Durham is absolutely top notch.
I have never had to wait on an appointment, and have even gotten in early a few times when I arrived before my scheduled time. This may be the only professional office I have visited in the last year that actually keeps appointment times!
The staff is always friendly, and I have never had anyone here even give the slightest impression that they had something to do other than work with me. That is also impressive.
Finally, when my insurance was less than helpful with invoices, the staff here worked hard to gain their cooperation and get my bills paid.
I am thoroughly impressed with the staff, and cannot recommend them enough.
