We would highly recommend Durham Orthodontics to any of our friends, family, and neighbors. All the staff from the front desk to checkout were wonderful and super helpful. The waiting area is very comfortable with kid friendly activities, although we did not have a wait for our appointment. Our assistant for our initial appointment was the best. She was very informative, answered all our questions, and was great with our 7 year old son. She was extremely helpful and navigated us through the whole process. Dr. Durham was wonderful as well. He explained the options in our son’s treatment plan. He was very personable and answered all our questions. Durham Orthodontists was great to our family!

My daughter, Katie, has been coming here since she was 6. She just turned 11 and today is braces day. Dr Durham and his staff have been wonderful from the beginning and that has made this experience exciting instead of terrifying. We look forward to the next few years of service with Katie, then treatment with our son someday.

From the front desk to the billing department to the staff to Dr Durham, the service provided has been tremendous. Everyone is very welcoming, approachable, knowledgeable and willing to make me as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend my friends!

My first visit to the orthodontist went great! At first I thought it was going to be scary but then it actually wasn't. It was fun to brush my teeth, and see pictures of the teeth and fake teeth. The doctor that took my x-rays was really nice. I liked taking the pictures of my teeth. I can't wait to go back and get my braces.

Dr. Durham Is a very nice orthodontist. I like when I go there and they talk to me and make me feel at home while they are fixing my teeth. they always do a great job of making your teeth straighter. People are always asking if braces hurt and I tell them not if you go to Dr Durham because he always tells you the types of medicine you should use to make you feel better.Dr Durham is the best orthodontist EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not have to wait long for my appointment. The assistants are professional and caring. They do not keep me long so I can get on with my day. Anytime I need supplies they are generous. The office is clean and beautiful! I really believe in Dr. Durham's abilities.
They do their best to give their patients the best experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for braces.
I went to my appointment, my son and I were seen on time and they worked fast to get the both of us consulted for braces. They explained all the costs and now were set up. Awesome experience.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Durham and his staff! From my initial phone call to my consultation, I felt very welcomed by the staff. I feel like I have a new BFF in Nancy! She made the entire consultation process a breeze even though we are in the midst of COVID-19. Every single person I encountered during my consultation was very nice as well. One of the things that really impressed me most is the technology that is used in this office. Gone are the days of spacers for 2 weeks, and foam impressions that make you gag! They use the newest technology which helps to expedite the process of getting your braces. New technology was an absolute must for me when selecting an orthodontist so Dr. Durham got my vote immediately! This will be my second time in braces as an adult, but this time I feel like I am under the care of an orthodontist who will give me the smile I envisioned in my head 12 yrs ago.
