We would highly recommend Durham Orthodontics to any of our friends, family, and neighbors. All the staff from the front desk to checkout were wonderful and super helpful. The waiting area is very comfortable with kid friendly activities, although we did not have a wait for our appointment. Our assistant for our initial appointment was the best. She was very informative, answered all our questions, and was great with our 7 year old son. She was extremely helpful and navigated us through the whole process. Dr. Durham was wonderful as well. He explained the options in our son’s treatment plan. He was very personable and answered all our questions. Durham Orthodontists was great to our family!

My daughter, Katie, has been coming here since she was 6. She just turned 11 and today is braces day. Dr Durham and his staff have been wonderful from the beginning and that has made this experience exciting instead of terrifying. We look forward to the next few years of service with Katie, then treatment with our son someday.

From the front desk to the billing department to the staff to Dr Durham, the service provided has been tremendous. Everyone is very welcoming, approachable, knowledgeable and willing to make me as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend my friends!

My first visit to the orthodontist went great! At first I thought it was going to be scary but then it actually wasn't. It was fun to brush my teeth, and see pictures of the teeth and fake teeth. The doctor that took my x-rays was really nice. I liked taking the pictures of my teeth. I can't wait to go back and get my braces.

Dr. Durham Is a very nice orthodontist. I like when I go there and they talk to me and make me feel at home while they are fixing my teeth. they always do a great job of making your teeth straighter. People are always asking if braces hurt and I tell them not if you go to Dr Durham because he always tells you the types of medicine you should use to make you feel better.Dr Durham is the best orthodontist EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not have to wait long for my appointment. The assistants are professional and caring. They do not keep me long so I can get on with my day. Anytime I need supplies they are generous. The office is clean and beautiful! I really believe in Dr. Durham's abilities.

My daughter Kennedy has been so excited to get braces. We went for our free consultation recently and was so impressed. Everyone was so nice, warm, welcoming and organized. Dr. Durham explained that he recommended us to wait 6 months before getting her braces. I was very thankful for his honesty and for the need not to rush to do something just to get money. He is definitely looking out for her and her best interest. Kennedy also was excited about their their rewards program and so glad that getting braces can be fun for the kids. We have actually already recommended a friend to come in for their free consultation as well. We will see you in October for braces!!!
today i went into the office to get signed up for braces and instead of making it seem scaring the walked me through the process. also i went home and tried to log in many of times but shilo at the front desk help me reset my account and password
We just finished our 1st appointment little over a month ago where braces were installed for my daughter. It was easy, quick and finished on time. Dr. Durham and his staff were nice and answered all our newbie questions. It has been 45 days almost and my daughter had zero issues like pain or pricking. The teeth already seem to be moving into right spots. Excited to have this good progress. The office is clean, well organized and well equipped.
