You guys are normally really nice and gentle when working on my mouth and you normally tell me everything you're going to do which I appreciate.

Appointments are quick and they get you back fast, Everyone is kind, and for molds you don't have to have the disgusting goo in your mouth they use some wand. I wish they had more/better colors for braces though.
