The staff is very friendly, treatment (at least in my experience) has never been particularly painful, and everyone is very understanding. The appointments have very little wait time, and there is even a Wii in the waiting area for restless kids.

The people at Durham Orthodontics are always friendly. My appointments are often during the end of the school day, and going to Dr. Durham's office is actually more fun than going to study hall:)
