We would highly recommend Durham Orthodontics to any of our friends, family, and neighbors. All the staff from the front desk to checkout were wonderful and super helpful. The waiting area is very comfortable with kid friendly activities, although we did not have a wait for our appointment. Our assistant for our initial appointment was the best. She was very informative, answered all our questions, and was great with our 7 year old son. She was extremely helpful and navigated us through the whole process. Dr. Durham was wonderful as well. He explained the options in our son’s treatment plan. He was very personable and answered all our questions. Durham Orthodontists was great to our family!

My daughter, Katie, has been coming here since she was 6. She just turned 11 and today is braces day. Dr Durham and his staff have been wonderful from the beginning and that has made this experience exciting instead of terrifying. We look forward to the next few years of service with Katie, then treatment with our son someday.

From the front desk to the billing department to the staff to Dr Durham, the service provided has been tremendous. Everyone is very welcoming, approachable, knowledgeable and willing to make me as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend my friends!

My first visit to the orthodontist went great! At first I thought it was going to be scary but then it actually wasn't. It was fun to brush my teeth, and see pictures of the teeth and fake teeth. The doctor that took my x-rays was really nice. I liked taking the pictures of my teeth. I can't wait to go back and get my braces.

Dr. Durham Is a very nice orthodontist. I like when I go there and they talk to me and make me feel at home while they are fixing my teeth. they always do a great job of making your teeth straighter. People are always asking if braces hurt and I tell them not if you go to Dr Durham because he always tells you the types of medicine you should use to make you feel better.Dr Durham is the best orthodontist EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not have to wait long for my appointment. The assistants are professional and caring. They do not keep me long so I can get on with my day. Anytime I need supplies they are generous. The office is clean and beautiful! I really believe in Dr. Durham's abilities.
Appointment was great
We just started with Durham Orthodontics and were very impressed so far! They were kind and patient and understanding and flexible. There was a misunderstanding about the date/time of our appointment and they made time for us and got us all set up anyway! I'm grateful that my son will be in such good hands.
Dr. Durham and his staff have provided excellent care, and shown concern with how my son is handling the first few months of braces. They’ve been nothing but transparent through the whole process so far, and answered any and all questions I’ve had!
We love Durham Orthodontics! Dr Durham and his staff are always so welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. They have always put my 8 year old at ease, and every appointment has been quick and easy for her. She always leaves smiling and excited. We cannot recommend this practice enough!
